Join us for an unforgettable evening at cocktail bar Cardea as we host a special dinner event with renowned chef Peter Logan of the acclaimed Logan Wines in the Mudgee and Orange regions.
Proprietor Peter Logan’s winemaking philosophy is inspired by the character of rich fruity Australian wines, as well as the balance and structure of Old-World wines. For his own label, Logan meshes the two together to create a hybrid of styles, resulting in wines that are brilliant with fruity flavour while still embodying the European balance and finesse.
This dining event will be a unique dining experience, highlighting Logan Wines and featuring a fantastic selection of Italian food complemented by a great line up of wines to match. Our resident sommeliers and wine experts, Jon Osbeiston and Grant Van, together with Peter Logan will then be discussing sustainability and organics in wine, as well as having a Q & A for any and all questions!
