“We”, “us”, “our” and “Bottega Coco” means the business located in Tenancy T3:01 Building T3 Corner Exchange Place & Barangaroo Avenue BARANGAROO NSW 2000

We comply with the Australian Privacy Principles (APP) contained in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) (the Privacy Act, as amended from time to time). The APPs govern the way in which we collect, use, disclose, store, secure and dispose of your Personal Information.

In accordance with Privacy Amendment (Public Health Contact Information) Act 2020, we may collect information with regard to Commonwealth Covid safety regulations through COVID specific apps. The Privacy Act does not prevent critical information sharing.

We also adhere to other Australian regulations, such as Do Not Call Register Act 2006 Cth and Spam Act 2003 Cth. These are Commonwealth legislations that apply to all States and Territories.

This Privacy Policy sets out our commitment to protecting the privacy of your personal information that we collect through our websites or directly from you. 

Our Privacy Policy does not create any rights or obligations for either you or us in addition to those imposed by the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

We also use Google Ads remarketing & Facebook Retargeting to advertise our brand across the Internet. Google Ads remarketing & Facebook Retargeting will display relevant ads tailored to you based on what parts of our website you have viewed by placing a cookie on your machine.
