Bottega Cellar Regional Tasting Program
June – Wednesday 19th: BORDEAUX – A REGIONAL TOUR
Join us for a Tour through the great Communes of Bordeaux. We taste our way down the Left Bank from the Haut Medoc down through St Estephe, Pauillac, St Julien & Margaux sampling Classified Growths from each Commune. Then we head to Leognan Pessac & Graves and then across the River to the Right Bank wines of St Emilion & Pomerol.
Now often overlooked Bordeaux produces many outstanding Cabernet blends & Merlot blends still at prices often under our leading Australian producers. Taste a range of outstanding wines that will showcase what makes Bordeaux such a great region for quality wines.
Time: 6:15pm for 6:30pm Start.
Where: Bottega Coco Private Dining Room. Ground Floor. Tower 3, 300 Barangaroo Avenue, Barangaroo.
Cost: $199pp
Join us on the 3rd Wednesday of the month in our Private Dining Room, for a Tutored Tasting of wines from the great, the unusual and the interesting Appellations from around the World. Cellar Manager, Jon Osbeiston & Group Sommelier Grant Van Every will host the tastings and lead the discussion. A main course will be served to finish the evening after every Tasting.
